About Alexza

Alexza started from a simple observation: most Australian early learning centres run their day on a mix of paper sign-in sheets, spreadsheets and group chats — and none of it talks to each other. Directors re-key the same child's details three or four times before lunch.

We built Alexza as one system that covers enrolment, attendance, Child Care Subsidy billing, staff rostering and parent communication, designed specifically around how a long day care centre actually runs — room ratios, WWCC expiries, gap fees families can understand at a glance.

Alexza is designed and supported from Sydney, and every part of it — the web dashboard, the installable mobile app for educators and parents, and the billing engine — ships from the same codebase, so a fix or a new feature reaches every centre at once.
